About Us

IEFF Life Sciences is the premiere Israeli based network of life science and biotech professionals – including biology, chemistry, physics, materials sciences, etc. in the San Francisco Bay Area (Silicon Valley).

The mission of the IEFF Life Sciences group is to promote the local Israeli life science and bio-tech community by providing a platform for interaction and collaboration between the Israeli members, with the Silicon Valley professional community and its leaders.

Founders

Ofir Goldberger has over 16 years of experience in the life science space. He currently holds a position in corporate development at Fluidigm Corporation.

Cathy Shachaf has over 22 years of experience in the life science space. She is currently the founder, president of Orlucent, a biotech start-up in early cancer detection.
